Directions
Prepare the Glass
Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into sea salt to coat.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Olmeca tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice, if desired.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
