Garnish & Finish
Method
Prep & Muddle
- 1
Choose rotation flavor
Decide which single rotation flavor you'll use for this serving (cucumber, raspberry, blood orange + ginger, or mint + elderflower). Gather the matched ingredients from the 'Rotation Flavor Options' section.

- 3
If using raspberries: place 6 raspberries in the shaker and gently muddle until broken but not totally puréed (small seeds okay).
- 4
If using blood orange + ginger: tear 3 blood orange segments to release juice and add 1/2 tsp ginger syrup; gently muddle the fruit with the syrup.
- 5
If using mint + elderflower: lightly clap 6 mint leaves between your palms to release fragrance, add to the shaker with 1/4 oz elderflower liqueur and gently bruise the leaves (do not pulverize).
Build, Shake & Top
- 6
To the shaker with the muddled rotation flavor, add 2 oz neutral spirit (vodka or white rum), 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup.
- 7
Add a generous handful of ice (about 1 cup) to the shaker, seal, and shake vigorously for 8–12 seconds to chill and briefly dilute.
- 8
Strain the shaken mixture into a highball or Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Use a fine mesh strainer if you muddled fruit to remove large solids and seeds.
- 9
Top the glass with 4 oz chilled club seltzer, pouring gently to preserve carbonation.
