    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    Combine Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    Combine Mixtures

    Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Baking

    Pour Batter

    Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish evenly.

    Add Cinnamon

    Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the top of the batter.

    Bake

    Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serving

    Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Dust the top with powdered sugar and serve warm with fresh berries.
