Braise the Pork
Pour in the water, ensuring the pork is submerged. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and let it cook for about 3 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds.

Prepare the Flatbread
On a baking sheet, spread out the flatbread. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Evenly distribute the shredded pork over the flatbread. Add crushed red potatoes, followed by white cheddar and parmesan cheese.
