Method

Marinated Cherry Tomatoes

  1. 1

    Prepare the tomatoes

Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Marinate

Add the olive oil, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat the tomatoes and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Red Pepper Spread

  1. 3

    Blend the spread

In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, cream cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Balsamic Reduction

  1. 4

    Prepare the reduction

In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and reduce until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes.

Sundried Tomato Pesto

  1. 5

    Blend the pesto

In a food processor, combine sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Toasted Bread

  1. 6

    Toast the bread

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette or ciabatta loaf into pieces, drizzle with olive oil, and place on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
