Wash the fresh figs and slice them into quarters. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Spinach

Rinse the fresh spinach leaves and pat dry. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Goat Cheese

Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Flatbreads

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of onion jam over each flatbread.

  2. 6

    Add Toppings

Evenly distribute the fresh spinach, chopped bacon, sliced figs, and crumbled goat cheese over the onion jam on each flatbread.

Baking

  1. 7

    Bake the Flatbreads

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the flatbreads are crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.

    Finish with Fig Reduction

Remove the flatbreads from the oven and drizzle with fig reduction before slicing and serving.
