Prepare the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the bread into small cubes, about 1-inch in size.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
