Method

Prepare the Beef Patty

  1. 1

    Make the Patty

Form the ground beef into a patty approximately 8 oz in size and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Cook the Bacon

  1. 3

    Fry the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Egg

  1. 4

    Fry the Egg

Using the same skillet, crack an egg and cook it over easy, about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the white is set but the yolk is still runny.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Sauce the Bun

Spread the met sauce on the bottom half of the burger bun.

  2. 6

    Add Vegetables

Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, and house-pickles on top of the sauce.

  3. 7

    Add Patty

Place the cooked beef patty on top of the vegetables.

  4. 8

    Add Bacon and Egg

Top the patty with crispy bacon and the fried egg.

  5. 9

    Complete the Burger

Finish by placing the top half of the burger bun on the egg.
