Method
Prepare Purees & Juice
Measure and combine fruit bases
In a large pitcher (at least 3 liters) or a punch bowl, pour the mango puree, strawberry puree and fresh lime juice. Stir gently to combine until the color is uniform.
Add Spirits
Pour the coconut rum, dark rum, white rum, and triple sec into the puree mixture. Stir thoroughly for 20–30 seconds to integrate the spirits with the fruit bases so the flavors marry.
Taste the mixture. If it needs more acidity, add up to 1 tablespoon more lime juice. If it needs more sweetness, add 1–2 teaspoons more grenadine or a little simple syrup (not included in ingredients).
Chill & Assemble
Place the punch (covered) in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld and to chill thoroughly. If you need to serve immediately, add ice to the punch bowl just before adding sparkling elements to avoid excessive dilution.
Add the mixed fresh fruit to the chilled punch so fruit soaks up some of the punch flavor. Add the ice to the punch bowl or keep ice in a separate bucket to avoid watering down the punch too quickly.
Finish with Bubbles & Serve
Just before serving, gently pour the chilled champagne (or sparkling wine) into the punch bowl. Pour slowly and fold it into the punch to keep as much effervescence as possible.
If using, add the cup of chilled club soda for extra volume and sparkle. Stir gently once to combine — avoid vigorous stirring to preserve bubbles.
Keep remaining punch refrigerated and add additional champagne or soda as needed when refilling glasses to maintain effervescence.
