Preparation
Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a cocktail glass. Fill it with ice water and set it aside.
Prepare the Mixing Glass
In a mixing glass, combine the Aviation Gin, Cocchi Americano, and Curacao.
Add Absinthe
Add the Absinthe to the mixing glass. This will provide a subtle anise flavor to the cocktail.
Add Ice and Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
Discard the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the chilled mixture into the glass.
