Prepare shaker
Fill a cocktail shaker with 6 ice cubes to chill it while you assemble ingredients.

Measure and combine
Pour 2 oz light rum, 1 oz gold rum, 0.5 oz peach schnapps, 2 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz orange juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz agave or simple syrup into the chilled shaker.

Shake
Add the ice cubes from the shaker and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and well chilled.

Prepare glass
Fill a highball or hurricane glass with about 1 cup crushed ice.

Thread the maraschino cherry onto a cocktail pick and perch it on the rim along with the pineapple wedge and lime wheel. Optionally slap the lime wheel between your hands to release oils before placing it on the rim.

Serve immediately with a straw. Stir gently before drinking if you prefer an even flavor from top to bottom.
