Prepare the Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. If desired, add sugar to taste.
Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Jameson Irish Whiskey, coffee liqueur, Averna Amaro, and brewed coffee.
Shake It Up
Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15 seconds.
Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass and top with a generous dollop of the whipped cream.
Garnish (Optional)
Optionally, sprinkle some cocoa powder or coffee grounds on top of the whipped cream for garnish.
