Prepare Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: St. George Brandy, Spiced House Pear Grenadine Liqueur, Fresh Pear Juice, Simple Syrup, and Fresh Lemon Juice.

Juice Pear

If you don't have fresh pear juice, peel and chop a ripe pear, then blend it until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a measuring cup to extract the juice.

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour 2 oz of St. George Brandy, 1 oz of Spiced House Pear Grenadine Liqueur, 1 oz of Fresh Pear Juice, 0.5 oz of Simple Syrup, and 0.5 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice.

Shake

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a thin slice of pear on the rim of the glass and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder on top.
