Method
Cleanse & Prep
Wet your face with lukewarm water. Pour about 1/2 tablespoon of gentle cleanser into your palm.
Gently massage the cleanser over your face for 30–60 seconds using light circular motions, focusing on the T-zone and any areas with buildup or makeup. Avoid aggressive scrubbing.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until no residue remains. Pat skin dry with a soft towel, leaving it slightly damp to help product absorption.
If you prefer, follow with a soft washcloth for a gentle second-pass rinse (do not exfoliate mechanically).
Active Treatment
How much to use
Dispense approximately a pea-sized amount (about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon depending on face size) of your prescribed Curology-style blend onto your fingertip. If your prescription instructs a different amount, follow your provider's guidance.
Warm the product between your fingertips for a few seconds to help even spread.
Apply a thin layer to the entire face or only to affected areas as directed by your provider. Avoid the delicate eye area, lips, and open wounds. If the product contains topical antibiotics or retinoids, use only as prescribed.
Allow the treatment to absorb fully (about 2–3 minutes). If you feel excessive stinging or burning beyond mild temporary sensation, rinse and consult your provider.
Hydration & Barrier Support
After the active treatment has absorbed, apply about 1 teaspoon of lightweight moisturizer. Dot the moisturizer across forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin, then gently smooth it over the face using upward strokes.
If you have very dry skin or experience dryness from the active treatment, follow with a small amount (about 1/4 teaspoon) of a facial oil or balm, massaging gently into areas that need extra barrier support.
If you experience irritation, redness, or excessive peeling, reduce frequency of active treatment (for example, every other night) and increase moisturizer or consult your provider.
Protect & Finish (AM only)
In the morning routine, after moisturizer has absorbed, apply about 1 teaspoon of broad-spectrum sunscreen evenly across the face. Reapply every two hours if exposed to sun for prolonged periods.
If using makeup, allow sunscreen to set for a minute before applying makeup.
