Method

Serve

  1. 1

    Chill glass (optional)

If you prefer cold water quickly, place the serving glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill the glass with ice and let sit 1–2 minutes, then discard that ice before proceeding.

  2. 2

Fill a clean pitcher or bottle with filtered water (about 16 fl oz per serving). Use cold filtered water for immediate serving or room-temperature filtered water if preferred.

  3. 3

Fill the serving glass with 6 ice cubes if you want iced water. Pour the filtered water into the glass over the ice until it reaches the top (approximately 16 fl oz).

  4. 4

If desired, rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge and drop the wedge into the glass to lightly flavor the water.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately. Refill as needed.
