Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Seafood

Season the redfish fillets, shrimp, and oysters with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

2

Prepare the Breading

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with a mixture of cornmeal, eggs, and milk, and the last one for seasoned flour (flour mixed with Old Bay and salt).

3

Bread the Seafood

Dredge each piece of seafood—redfish, shrimp, oysters, and soft shell crabs—in flour, then dip in the cornmeal mixture, and finally coat with the seasoned flour. Ensure an even coating.

4

Fry the Seafood

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the redfish and shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Fry the oysters for 2-3 minutes and the soft shell crabs for about 4-5 minutes each side until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

5

Serve

Arrange the fried seafood on a platter. Add the stuffed crab and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve hot.
