Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Select a tall glass or hurricane glass and fill it with ice cubes until it's about three-quarters full.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut rum, RumChata, vanilla simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Combine with Sprite
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top off with Sprite and gently stir to combine.

Garnish the drink with a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass and add fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
