Method

Seafood Preparation

1

Prepare the Oysters

Shuck the fresh oysters and place them on a bed of crushed ice on a serving platter.

2

Cook the Shrimp

In a pot of boiling water, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain and chill in ice water to stop cooking. Arrange on the platter.

3

Prepare the King Crab Legs

Steam the king crab legs for 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, crack them open and arrange them on the platter.

4

Boil the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the lobsters, and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove and place in an ice bath until cool, then split in half and arrange on the platter.

5

Prepare the Clams

Steam the clams for about 5-7 minutes or until they open. Discard any that do not open and arrange the opened clams on the platter.

6

Sear the Scallops

Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then place them on the platter.

Serving

7

Add Sauces and Garnishes

In small bowls, serve cocktail sauce and melted butter. Place lemon wedges and fresh herbs around the seafood for garnish.

8

Present the Seafood Tower

Arrange all the seafood attractively on the platter, and serve immediately for the best taste.
