Prepare the Glass

Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Mix Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Empress 1908 gin, Dolin Genepy, honey nectar, and fresh lime juice. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.

Strain and Serve

Empty the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Garnish

Express the grapefruit peel over the drink to release its oils, then place it in the cocktail as a garnish. Finally, add a few drops of orange blossom water on top.
