Taco Shell and Filling

Method

Preparation and Assembly

1

Prepare the Chocolate Shells

Melt the chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.

2

Coat the Taco Shells

Dip each chocolate taco shell halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place them upright on a parchment-lined baking sheet to set.

3

Add Crushed Almonds

While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed almonds on the coated side of each taco shell. Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

4

Fill with Ice Cream

Once the taco shells are set, fill each shell with a generous scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

5

Serve

Serve immediately, optionally garnished with additional crushed almonds or drizzled chocolate.
