Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Mango Base

In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, sugar, fresh lime juice, and water. Blend until smooth and well combined.

2

Chill the Mixture

Pour the mango mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until chilled.

3

Churn the Sorbet

Once chilled, transfer the mango mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

4

Freeze the Sorbet

Transfer the churned sorbet to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

5

Serve with Toppings

Scoop the sorbet into bowls and drizzle with Chamoy sauce. Garnish with sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of lime zest, if desired.
