Black beans, habanero, garlic crema, tomatillo salsa, green onion
Rinse and drain the canned black beans, then place them in a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with minced garlic and lime juice. Set aside.
Chop the fresh tomatillos and combine them in a bowl with chopped green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In the bowl with black beans, add the chopped habanero pepper (adjust to taste), and season with salt and black pepper. Mash the mixture until it's creamy but still has some texture.
Spread the black bean mixture on a serving platter, drizzle the garlic crema over the top, and spoon the tomatillo salsa on top. Garnish with extra green onions if desired.
