Glass + Garnish

Citrus Brightening

Method

Glass + Garnish

1

Chill glass

Place the champagne flute or white wine glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes before serving (optional) to keep the wine cool.

2

Rinse and gently pat dry the edible rose petal and mint sprig if using. Set aside for garnish.

Wine & Flavoring

3

Combine base

Pour 5 fl oz of chilled dry or off-dry rosé into the chilled glass.

4

Add aromatics

Add 1 teaspoon of rosewater and 1/2 teaspoon of simple syrup to the rosé. Stir gently once with a bar spoon or swirl the glass once to integrate — avoid vigorous stirring to preserve any bubbles.

5

Optional effervescence

If using sparkling rosé or Prosecco, top the glass with 2 fl oz gently poured down the side to preserve effervescence. If not using, proceed to the next step.

Citrus Brightening

6

Add 1/4 fl oz (about a splash) of fresh lemon juice to the glass to brighten flavors. Stir gently once.

7

Express the lemon twist over the glass to release oils, then drop it in as garnish.

8

Float the edible rose petal on the surface and/or tuck the mint sprig at the rim for aroma and visual appeal.

Serve

9

Serve immediately while chilled and, if used, effervescent. Sip and enjoy the floral rose accent balanced by the fresh lemon and gentle sweetness.
