1. Prepare the Cucumber

3. Assemble the Rolls
Lay one cucumber strip flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese filling over the cucumber strip. Starting at one end, carefully roll the cucumber strip tightly around the filling to form a roll. Repeat this process with the remaining cucumber strips and filling.
4. Slice and Serve
Once all the rolls are assembled, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches in length. Arrange the cucumber rolls on a serving platter. Garnish with additional dill if desired, and serve immediately.
