Preparation of Chicken Wings
Clean and Dry the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Season the Wings

Cooking the Wings
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry them for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
