Method
Prepare the Brioche Base
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Brioche
Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place them in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Add Blueberries
Sprinkle the fresh blueberries evenly over the brioche cubes.
Prepare the Cream Cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth. You can use a hand mixer for easier mixing.
Make the Custard Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
Combine Mixtures
Pour the custard mixture over the brioche and blueberries, ensuring all the bread is soaked. Gently fold in the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
Let it Sit
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
Make the Strudel Topping

In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and melted butter.
Mix Well
Stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Bake the French Toast
Add Topping
Remove the plastic wrap from the baking dish and sprinkle the strudel topping evenly over the soaked bread mixture.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
Serve
