Preparation Directions
- 1
Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the shrimp and season with Cajun seasoning. Sauté the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Dip Mix
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- 3
Add Shrimp and Cheese
Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces and fold them into the dip mixture. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until evenly distributed.
- 4
Chill the Dip
Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5
Serve
Serve the chilled Cajun shrimp dip with grilled focaccia bread on the side.
