Margarita Preparation
Prepare the Glasses
Rim each glass with lime juice and dip in salt to coat the rim lightly.
Mix the Base Margarita
In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, agave syrup, and ice. Shake well until chilled.
Add Flavor
Divide the base margarita into separate glasses and add a different fruit puree to each one, mixing gently.
Serve
Place the flavored margaritas on a flight paddle or tray and serve with a slice of lime or fruit garnish.
