Infused Tequila Ingredients

Method

Infusion Directions

1

Infuse the Tequila

In a large glass jar, combine 2 cups of 100% Blue Agave tequila with sliced jalapeños (remove seeds for less heat) and diced fresh pineapple. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours, or up to 3 days for a stronger flavor.

2

Prepare the Margarita Mix

After infusing, strain the tequila through a fine mesh sieve to remove the solids. In a shaker, combine the infused tequila with 1 cup of fresh lime juice and 1 cup of simple syrup. Adjust sweetness to taste.

3

Serve

Rub the rims of your glasses with lime wedges and dip in salt. Fill the glasses with ice and pour the margarita mixture over the ice. Garnish with additional lime wedges.
