Preparation

Prepare the Pizza Dough

1. Activate the Yeast

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.

2. Mix the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture along with olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead the Dough

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4. Let the Dough Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Assemble the Pizza

5. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

6. Roll Out the Dough

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.

7. Add Sauce and Cheese

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

8. Add Meats

Layer the pepperoni, crumbled Italian sausage, bacon, diced ham, and cooked ground beef evenly over the cheese.

9. Season the Pizza

Sprinkle dried oregano and dried basil over the top.

10. Bake the Pizza

Transfer the pizza to a pizza stone or a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

11. Slice and Serve

Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice into wedges, and serve hot.
