Crispin Strips Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place them in a bowl.

2

Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and bread crumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the third.

3

Bread the Chicken

Dredge each chicken strip in the flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it with the bread crumb mixture. Ensure each strip is well-coated.

4

Heat the Oil

In a large frying pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

5

Fry the Crispin Strips

Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

6

Serve

Serve the Crispin Strips warm with your choice of house-made sauce.
