Cold Brew Coffee
Method
Preparation
Steep the Coffee
In a large pitcher, combine the coarse ground coffee and cold water. Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated. Cover the pitcher and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
Strain the Coffee
After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter to remove the coffee grounds. Pour the cold brew concentrate into a clean pitcher.
Prepare the Vanilla Sweet Cream Foam
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar. Using an electric mixer or frother, beat the mixture until it thickens and forms soft peaks.
Serve
To serve, fill a glass with ice and pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice. Top with the vanilla sweet cream foam. Stir gently and enjoy!
