Brew one cup of espresso or strong coffee and set aside.

In a small saucepan, heat the apple cider until it's warm (or hot for a hot latte).

Stir in the caramel sauce and ground cinnamon until well combined.

For a hot latte, top with whipped cream and drizzle with additional caramel sauce. For an iced latte, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
