Biscuit, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Ingredients

Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Make the Biscuits

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk until just combined. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and roll to about 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits using a round cutter and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

Slice the biscuits in half. Layer the bottom half with crispy bacon, cooked egg, and shredded cheddar cheese. Place the top half of the biscuit over the cheese and serve immediately.
