Prepare the Glass
Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of Cointreau or Triple Sec, 1 oz of fresh orange juice, and 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to chill the mixture.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
