Crispy breaded chicken breast topped with sautéed bacon & mushrooms in a creamy white wine lemon butter sauce.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Prepare the Chicken

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and place in the oven to keep warm.

Cook the Chicken

In the same skillet, add the remaining bacon slices and cook until crispy. Add the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic, sauté until mushrooms are tender.

Sauté Bacon and Mushrooms

Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in the remaining butter until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Make the Sauce

Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the chicken, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
