Add yeast to the juice and allow it to ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days.

Fermentation

After fermentation, siphon the wine away from the sediment and clarify the wine.

Racking

Age the wine in stainless steel for a few months to develop its fruity flavors.

Aging

Once aged, filter and bottle the wine, adding sulfites to preserve its freshness.
