Dipping Ladyfingers
In a shallow dish, combine the espresso, Kahlua, and brandy. Dip each ladyfinger into the mixture quickly, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy. Layer them in the bottom of a rectangular dish.
Making Mascarpone Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, egg yolks, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Whipping Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until combined.
Assembling Tiramisu

Layering
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of dipped ladyfingers. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Garnishing

Sift cocoa powder over the top layer of mascarpone. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings to add texture and flavor.
