Directions
- 1
Prepare the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the linguini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Prawns
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the white prawns to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- 3
Add the Wine
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off and the flavors to meld.
- 4
Finish with Cream and Lemon
Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened.
- 5
Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked linguini pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together to ensure the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
- 6
Serve
Serve immediately, garnishing with extra parsley if desired.
