Preparation of Meats

Slice the Meats
Thinly slice the prosciutto di Parma, coppa, bresaola, and soppressata. Arrange them on a large serving platter or board in sections.
Preparation of Condiments

Prepare Condiments
In small bowls, serve the whole grain mustard, garlic confit, giardiniera, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Place these bowls around the meats on the platter.
Making Crostini

Prepare the Baguette
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Brush with Olive Oil
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with dried herbs.

Toast the Crostini
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
