Tequila Pour Preparation
Prepare Your Glasses
Select three shot glasses and place them on a flat surface. Ensure they are clean and dry.
Pour the Blanco Tequila
Using a jigger, measure 50 ml of Blanco Tequila and pour it into the first shot glass.
Pour the Reposado Tequila
Measure 50 ml of Reposado Tequila using the jigger and pour it into the second shot glass.
Pour the Añejo Tequila
Measure 50 ml of Añejo Tequila with the jigger and pour it into the third shot glass.
Garnishing
Prepare Lime Wedges
Cut the lime into wedges. Place two lime wedges next to the shot glasses.
Add Salt
Place 1 tsp of salt on a small plate for patrons to use for rimming the glasses if desired.
Prepare Orange Slices
Cut two slices of orange and place them next to the shot glasses as an additional garnish.
