Prepare Your Glass
Take a large wine glass or a spritz glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Mix the Ingredients
In a separate mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Carpano Antica Vermouth and 1 oz of Aperol. Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Add Prosecco
Pour 3 oz of La Marca Prosecco into the mixing glass with the vermouth and Aperol mixture. Stir gently again to combine, ensuring not to lose the bubbles of the Prosecco.

Serve the Cocktail
Strain the mixture into the prepared ice-filled glass. Make sure to leave some space at the top for garnish.

Garnish
Add one slice of orange on the rim of the glass as a garnish. For an extra twist, drizzle 1 tsp of olive oil on top of the drink to enhance the flavor.
