Preparation Steps

   Prepare the Glass

   Select a rocks glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the drink.

   Mix the Ingredients

   In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of BHG Corazón Añejo Tequila, 0.5 oz of honey syrup, and 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.

   Stir the Mixture

   Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and combined.

   Strain and Serve

   Remove the ice from the rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.

   Garnish

   Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink, then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
