Method
Cocktail
- 1
Prepare and shake
Add pineapple purée (2 oz), coconut syrup (1 oz), fresh lime juice (0.5 oz) and simple syrup (0.25 oz if using) into a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup of ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and well-chilled.
- 2
Combine with seltzer
Fill a highball or Collins glass halfway with fresh ice. Strain the shaken mixture over the ice, leaving about 1–2 inches of headspace. Slowly top with 8 oz Zuma Agave Hard Seltzer to preserve effervescence. Give the drink one gentle stir (1–2 rotations) to integrate without losing carbonation.
Garnish & Finish
- 3
Thread a pineapple wedge onto the rim of the glass. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes (about 1 tsp) over the pineapple wedge or lightly over the top of the foam if present. Optionally slap a mint sprig between your palms to release aromatics and tuck it beside the pineapple.

Serve immediately with a straw. Recommend to drink while effervescent. Yields one serving.
