Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Ketel One Vodka, Aperol, passionfruit puree, pineapple juice, lemongrass syrup, and lime leaves.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with an additional lime leaf or a slice of passionfruit on top.
