Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add the Los Siete Misterios Mezcal, Espolon Blanco Tequila, Coffee Liqueur, Acid Blend, and Mole Bitters. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Add Campari
Carefully add the Campari on top for a layered effect.
Garnish (optional)
Garnish with a twist of orange peel or coffee beans if desired.
