Preparation Steps
Muddle the Sugar
In an Old Fashioned glass, add the Demerara sugar and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Muddle the sugar and bitters together until it forms a paste.
Add Bourbon
Pour in 2 oz of Jefferson's Ocean Aged At Sea Bourbon over the muddled sugar and bitters.
Stir with Ice
Add ice cubes to the glass and stir gently until well mixed and chilled.
Garnish
Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and place the peel in the glass as a garnish.
