Method

Lamb Wrap

1

Cook the Lamb

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and translucent.

2

Season the Meat

Add ground lamb to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

3

Assemble the Wraps

Warm the tortilla wraps in a dry skillet or microwave. Lay out the wraps and evenly distribute the cooked lamb mixture among them. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, diced cucumber, and a drizzle of yogurt sauce.

4

Roll the Wraps

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat for the remaining wraps.

French Fries

5

Prepare the Potatoes

Rinse and peel the potatoes, then cut them into fries. Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.

6

Heat the Oil

In a deep fryer or large pot, heat vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).

7

Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the fries to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.

8

Season the Fries

Sprinkle salt over the hot fries immediately after frying.

Serve

9

Serve the Meal

Place the lamb wraps on plates alongside the freshly fried potatoes. Serve with a cup of fountain soda for a complete meal.
