Acai Base

Toppings (choose any two as standard; recipe provides all options)

Method

Acai Base

1

Prepare fruit

Peel and slice the banana. Reserve half the banana slices for topping and use the other half for blending.

2

Blend açaí

In a high-speed blender, add the frozen açaí purée (200 g), 1/2 sliced banana, frozen mixed berries (50 g, optional), and 180 ml almond milk. Add 1 tablespoon honey or agave only if you prefer extra sweetness.

3

Process until thick

Blend on high, pulsing as needed. Use a tamper or stop and scrape down the sides. Aim for a thick, spoonable texture — add up to 30 ml more almond milk only if the mixture is too stiff to blend. The consistency should be thicker than a smoothie (like soft-serve).

Homemade Granola

4

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5

Mix dry ingredients

In a bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup chopped pecans, 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, and 1 teaspoon chia seeds. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and stir to combine.

6

Add wet ingredients

Stir in 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing until the dry ingredients are evenly coated.

7

Bake until golden

Spread the granola in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12–18 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden and fragrant. Watch closely after 12 minutes to avoid burning.

8

Cool and crisp

Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet; granola will crisp as it cools. Break into clusters. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.

Assembly & Toppings

9

Spoon base

Spoon the thick açaí base into a bowl, smoothing the top with the back of the spoon.

10

Add granola and banana

Sprinkle 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the homemade granola over one side of the bowl. Arrange the reserved banana slices along another section.

11

Add two chosen toppings

Select two toppings (the menu offers strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pecans, coconut, chia seeds, chocolate chips, almonds). For example, add 1/4 cup strawberries and 1/4 cup blueberries, or 2 tablespoons pecans and 1 tablespoon toasted coconut. Distribute evenly on top of the açaí.

12

Finish

Sprinkle an extra 1 teaspoon chia seeds or 1 tablespoon chocolate chips if desired. Serve immediately with a spoon.
