Prepare the Beef Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently and form into 4 equal patties.

Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Cheese

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt it.

Toast the Pretzel Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the pretzel buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

On the bottom half of each pretzel bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cheesy beef patty, slices of tomato, and pickles. Top with the other half of the pretzel bun.
